I’m assuming you are here because you have heard of UX. You either have the intention of learning more about UX or want to do the transition to a career in UX design or you just love reading about cool stuff.
I have been in all of those scenarios and in my years of career I have found great answers and inspiration from great authors worth to read. This is why I wanted to suggest some reading for those who are starting a UX career or own a website and would like to improve it.

9. The Design of Everyday Things: Revised and Expanded Edition by Don Norman
Regardless of whether some of these suggestions are classics (a.k.a. a bit old) a lot of their content is still very valid.
